Taco station (It comes with two meats: shredded chicken and seasoned ground beef and traditional toppings such as lettuce, cheese, tomatoes onions, olives, jalapenos, sour cream, Pico de Gallo, guacamole served in a hard or soft shell) ($8+tax)

Shrimp and grits station (Old-fashioned yellow stone grits with Cajun cream sauce and smoked sausage.) ($8+tax)

Salad bar (traditional salad mix consisting of iceberg, romaine, with topping on a side such as cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bacon, fried onions, ham, turkey, chickpeas) ($6+tax)

Soup bar (Choose two: broccoli and cheese soup, potato soup, shrimp chowder, vegetable soup, blended beet-vegetable soup, chicken and rice soup, chicken and noodle soup. The topping will come on a side. They include sour cream, cheese, bacon, scallions, fried onions, hot sauce, ham) ($8+tax)

Mac and cheese bar (pick the ingredients: bacon, chives, diced ham, seasoned shredded chicken, fried chicken, smoked sausage, jalapenos, ranch, grated parmesan, tomatoes, hot sauce, buffalo sauce, ranch, blue cheese crumbles) ($9+tax)

Pasta bar (It comes with two sauces and two kinds of noodles: Alfredo and marinara sauces served over penne and tortellini pasta with toppings on a side. The toppings include onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach, squash, broccoli, olives, roasted garlic, diced tomato, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, shrimp, sausage) ($13+tax)

Mashed potato bar (mashed potatoes topped with cheese, bacon, ham, green onions, fried onions, salsa, ranch, jalapenos, sour cream, cooked broccoli, chili or brown gravy) ($6+tax)

Dip bar (Spinach, Buffalo chicken, seafood, hummus, bruschetta, guacamole, smoked salmon with variety of chips and crackers) ($10+tax)

Carving stations (pick your meat: steamship, smoked ham, roasted turkey, pork tenderloin, prime rib)(market price)

Hot chocolate and cider bar (topping include marshmallows, graham crackers, peppermint, chocolate chips, whipped cream, white chocolate chips) ($4+tax)


We will provide water, teas, cornbread, and any condiments you might need. The set-up and break-down fee is $300+ tax (Eddie will set up the food in nice chafing dishes with sternos; he will keep the food hot and replenished, and the line clean; he will clean up the line once the dinner is over and take out the trash). He will make sure that the dinner goes smoothly and that you don’t worry about a thing.

This fee also covers:

Firm plastic plates (white with golden or silver trim) for the dinner
Plastic cups for teas
Serving utensils
Plastic silverware matching your plates

The charge per a server is $150+tax (if you have between 70-100 guests, you will need one server. More than 100 guests, 2-3 servers).

Just let us know if you want us to take care of your wedding dinner. You can change the guest count up to two weeks before your wedding. The deposit is 50% of the total and is due two weeks before the wedding, as well. We do prefer check or cash payment because if you use a credit card, we will have to charge you 5% credit card fee.


We ask to be the only caterer taking care of your special day. If you, your family or another caterer intends to provide any items served along with the menu we provide, please let us know during the booking of the event.
